Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TowGrab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our towing and roadside assistance services in Thailand.
Our Services
TowGrab provides the following roadside assistance services:
- Vehicle towing using flatbed/slide car trucks
- Battery jump-start and replacement services
- Flat tire change and assistance
- Vehicle lockout assistance
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Long-distance vehicle transport
Booking and Reservations
When booking our services:
- A booking deposit of 750 THB is required to confirm your service request. This deposit is deducted from the final service cost.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit payment is successfully processed.
- You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the nature of the problem.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing policy:
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include the booking deposit.
- Additional charges may apply for difficult access locations, locked wheels, night service (22:00-06:00), or services beyond the initial quote.
- The remaining balance after the deposit is payable to the driver upon service completion. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Regarding cancellations:
- Cancellations made before driver dispatch: Full deposit refund
- Cancellations made after driver dispatch: Deposit may be partially or fully retained
- No-show or unreachable customer: Deposit will be forfeited
Liability and Insurance
Regarding liability:
- All our service partners carry appropriate insurance coverage for vehicle towing and transport.
- Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during service delivery.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, accidents).
Your Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking
- Be present at the pickup location or designate an authorized representative
- Ensure the vehicle is safe for towing and disclose any known issues
- Make full payment for services rendered
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Thailand under Thai law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
